Terrific read! This book was very easy to read and could be finished in a few hours. Very informative with a great selection of quotes and advice. Very up to date/current. I have already recommended it to others and told people advice that I received from the book.

I just finished reading Dr. Elizabeth Lombardo's wonderful book A Happy You. I love the way the book is organized into alphabetical lessons like "I for Inspiration," and "R for Relaxation." As a busy mom who doesn't typically have long chunks of time to sit and savor a book, this format works really well for me. The book is inspirational but is also filled with lots of helpful, practical information. The "prescriptions" at the end of each chapter give small actionable steps that I can take to increase my happiness. I love the way the author shares a story about someone's breakthrough to happiness and then gives their web site. I often want to read more about that particular person, so that's a big time saver for a busy mom like me! This is a book that has already had an impact on my life and I will recommend it to friends and family. Terrific book!
